PayPalに登録してみた。
しかし、PayPal口座からお金を引き出す為の日本の銀行口座を登録できない。
登録ボタンを押すとこんなエラーが出るのだ。

どうやら、銀行口座番号に”0”が含まれていると登録できないらしい。
そこで、慣れない英文でPayPalに問い合わせてみた。
すると以下のような解答が。。
Dear ******,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns. I am
happy to assist you further.
In order to correctly add your bank account you must leave the " 0 "
from the bank account.
To add your Japanese Bank Account to your PayPal Account, please follow
these steps:
1. Click https://www.paypal.com/BA or copy and paste the entire
link into the address bar
2. Under Country, select Japan and click 'Continue'. If you have
already added a bank account, you must click the 'Add' button
3. Enter the name of the bank and select whether it is a checking
or savings account
ｷ Enter last name and first name in katakana character set
ｷ Enter the name of the bank and the branch location
ｷ In the 'Branch Location' field, enter the city in which the
branch is located
ｷ Enter the 4-digit bank code and the 3-branch code
ｷ Register the bank account number, as the bank requires it for
electronic funds transfers
ｷ The Japanese bank account has to be denominated in Japanese
Yen only because the currency is converted prior to being received by
the bank
ｷ A Japanese bank account denominated in U.S. Dollars should
not be added as that would result in a failed transfer
4. Click 'Add Bank Account'
5. Review confirmation page and click the 'Add Bank Account'
button. (Click 'Edit' to make any changes)

これによると、口座番号から"0"を取って登録しろということらしいが、
頭に"0"がついていればいいが、まんなかに"0"が入っていたら
違う人の口座番号になってしまうのではないか？
確かに"0"をとって登録ボタンを押すとエラーは出ずに確認画面に進める。
はたして本当にこれでいいのだろうか？
現在、もう一度問い合わせ中。
結果が返ってきたらアップしたいと思う。
